We provide roundtrip transportation from New York City to various Federal Correctional Institutions within the tri-state area.

How do I make a reservation?

You can complete the reservation form online or call us during office hours to schedule your trip.

What is your refund policy?

Cancellations must be made 5 days before your scheduled trip to qualify for a refund.

Are children allowed?

Yes, children are welcome. Please note that children under 8 years old must use a car or booster seat. We can provide one upon request.

What should I wear?

All visitors must follow the Bureau of Prisons dress policy to ensure entry during visits.

Can I bring food or drinks?

Only sealed, non-alcoholic beverages are permitted during travel. Alcohol, drugs, and paraphernalia are strictly prohibited.
