Departures from pick-up location

L.O.V.E. will arrive at the centralized pick-up location 20 minutes before departure. Please arrive on time as L.O.V.E. will not be held liable for late arrivals. Refunds or transfers of payment will not be issued.

Departures from Federal Institution

L.O.V.E. will depart each institution promptly at 3:00 PM. Boarding begins at 2:30 PM. No exceptions.

Children & Car Seats

Children under 8 must use a car/booster seat. For an additional fee of $10, we can provide seats upon request.
