Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 5 days before your scheduled trip to qualify for a refund. Trips canceled by L.O.V.E. due to weather or emergencies will be refunded.

Conduct/Dress Code

Respectful conduct is required. Disorderly passengers may be removed without refund. Follow Bureau of Prisons dress policy or risk denied entry.

Prohibited Items

Drugs, paraphernalia, and alcohol are not allowed. L.O.V.E. cooperates with authorities during inspections.

Travel Guidelines

Departures from pick-up location

L.O.V.E. will arrive at the centralized pick-up location 20 minutes before departure. Please arrive on time as L.O.V.E. will not be held liable for late arrivals. Refunds or transfers of payment will not be issued.

Departures from Federal Institution

L.O.V.E. will depart each institution promptly at 3:00 PM. Boarding begins at 2:30 PM. No exceptions.

Children & Car Seats

Children under 8 must use a car/booster seat. For an additional fee, we can provide seats upon request.
